About

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with children, teenagers, young adults and parents in Central London and online.

My clinical experience includes working within NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), alongside several years in private practice.

Alongside my private practice, I am a Senior Lecturer and Supervisor at Tavistock Education and Training, where I am also Assessment Lead and Placement Coordinator. I teach at master's level, provide clinical supervision and co-facilitate seminars on Difference, Identity and Diversity. My roles give me a particular understanding of the academic, professional and emotional pressures experienced by students and trainees, as well as the complexities of providing psychotherapy within organisations.

I hold a PhD in Neuroscience and Neuroimaging from University College London, a Master's in Psychological Therapies from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, and a medical degree from Brazil. I am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and am also a BPC Scholar.I am also registered with the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists (TSP). I am not GMC registered and do not practise medicine in the UK.

My clinical work is informed by both academic and clinical experience, while remaining centred on each person's individual story and the relationship we develop together in therapy.
