About

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with children, teenagers, young adults and parents in Central London and online.

My clinical experience includes working within NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), alongside several years in private practice.

Alongside my private practice, I am a Senior Lecturer and Supervisor at Tavistock Education and Training. I teach at master’s level, provide clinical supervision and co-facilitate seminars on Difference, Identity and Diversity. I am also involved with charitable organisations that support the development and wellbeing of children and young people.

I hold a PhD in Neuroscience and Neuroimaging from University College London (UCL) and a Master’s in Psychological Therapies from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I completed a medical degree and worked in medicine and radiology in Brazil. This earlier experience continues to inform my understanding of the relationship between emotional and physical wellbeing. My medical qualifications are from Brazil, and I do not practise medicine in the UK.

I have lived and worked in Brazil, New York and London. I see people who have always lived in Britain and people whose lives sit across more than one country. Sessions are in Marylebone or online, and I can offer times that suit different time zones.
